You need to score more than 98.5 percentile to get an interview call from FMS for general category.

The graduation percentage doesn't matter much, though it has a slight weightage. The thing that matters is CAT percentile. It is very much needed to get a CAT percentile of above 98.5. And when it comes to graduation, it is better to keep the overall percentage as above 80.
