No, FMS Delhi accepts only CAT examination score to shortlist the candidates for their admission.

You need to score more than 98.5 percentile to get an interview call from FMS for general category.

The graduation percentage doesn't matter much, though it has a slight weightage. The thing that matters is CAT percentile. It is very much needed to get a CAT percentile of above 98.5. And when it comes to graduation, it is better to keep the overall percentage as above 80.
