The minimum eligibility criteria is that the student should have passed in UG with at least 60%. Completing B.Tech in 5 years may cause problem during PI but if the candidate is able to convince the panel it won't cause problem. Some of the Iims such as IIM Ahmedabad gives more emphasis on academic performance. So for IIM A if the marks in 10th, 12th and Graduation are less, then the candidate might not get a call despite scoring 99.99 percentile. The CAT cutoff for Old IIMs and FMS remains more than 99 percentile for general category. However, it may vary depending upon the academic diversity, gender diversity and work experience.

For SC candidate, you should look to score over 95%ile in CAT if you wish to have a good chance of getting into FMS, even with an average PI/GD/Extempore round.

There is no particular requirement to appear for CAT or GMAT.
You will have to apply via your embassy to FMS Delhi.

You will be able to get a call but will have to justify it in the interview. Look to score extremely high (99.95percentile+) in CAT so that importance of interview round becomes minimum.

Try to score in excess of 99.8%ile in CAT to get into FMS Delhi.
Do well in the GD/PI/Extempore rounds to further increase your chances.
