If you manage to get an interview call, you will have to perform exceptionally well in the GD-Extempore- PI round to stand a chance of admission.

It depends on your category also. If you are a general category student, there is almost no chance for you to get an interview call.

The difference is nil. The paid seats are alotted only when the regular seats are occupied fully. The students opting for the paid seat have to pay higher fee amount.
