I have got 7.6 CGPA in 10th and 74% in 12th so will there be a hindrance in getting admission in FMS?

Hi Saurav,
You will have to score very high in CAT, try getting 99.8%ile or more.

Try to score over 99.9 percentile in CAT for general category to stand a decent chance.

Why B-schools like FMS, SPJIMR, MDI or any top 10-15 close there application before CAT exam? Can't we apply after CAT results are out?

No, you cannot apply in any of these institutes after the CAT examination. The applications are now closed for each of the three institutes.

You will compulsorily need a valid CAT score that clears the cut-off applicable to your category, in order to secure an admission in FMS Delhi.

Hi Rashmi,
FMS, Delhi is better than most IIMs in terms of placement opportunities and remuneration provided.
It is comparable to the top strata of IIMs I.e. A, B and C in terms of placement packages.
