I don't think that the MBA in Healthcare Administration is same as MHA.
However, I would strongly suggest that you go through the official institute website which is www.fms.edu and learn more details about the MBA programs being offered so as to get a better understanding of the same.
All the best.

If you manage to get a DU hostel then your total expense for 2 years of MBA at FMS will be around INR 2-2.5 lakh rupees.
However, truth be told, there are limited hostel seats and getting into them might be really difficult, unless you have a really high aggregate score compared to your batch mates. It is difficult to predict what a good score can be right now as a lot will be dependent upon the competition that you have within your batch.
All the best for the same.

FMS Delhi has historically not been considering past academic scores while making the list of candidates to be called for extempore+ PI round for admission to its flagship MBA program.
CAT score is used as the admission criteria and my advice to you would be to score as high as possible in CAT exam. A good CAT score of 99.6+ percentile will put you in a really good position to get admission into FMS Delhi.
If it chooses to introduce some weightage to past academic scores then you may be at a slight disadvantage because of your 10th standard percentage of 70 to compensate for this, you would be required to score higher in CAT

There is no doubt that the Faculty of Management Studies, Delhi offers one of the best Executive MBA Programs not just in Delhi but all over the country.
Its pool of students is quite diverse with varied quantum and nature of work experience, some of which span over several decades. Its executive MBA program conducts its classes in the evening itself, thereby providing good opportunities to working professionals to attend classes after their work hours.
The faculty at FMS-Delhi too are top class with several honors to their name and have rich experience of teaching full time as well as E-MBA students for several years.

Your past academic scores do not matter at all.
To get into FMS Delhi, make sure you score well in your CAT exam and get 99.7 percentile and perform in the extempore and PI round.
