You have to apply for CAT exam, then around October-November each year you have to apply for admission to FMS.
FMS rolls out interview offers through CAT scores alone.
Selection is done based on your CAT score, interview score, extempore score and other diversity related factors.

You will have to appear for CAT to get admission to this college. Since CAT 2016 is already passed, you cannot secure admission to its flagship MBA program for 2017-19 without a valid and competitive CAT 2016 score.

For a general engineer male candidate, you need to score about 98.5 percentile for an interview but for realistic chance of conversion of the interview call it is better to have 99.5+, the higher your percentile the easier it will be for you to convert the final admission interview as 85% weightage if given to CAT score in final selection.
