Yes, Manav Rachna International Institute of Research and Studies (MRIIRS) does refund fees under certain conditions. Students receive a full refund minus a processing fee of Rs 1,000. Withdrawal between admission and course work: Students receive a full refund minus a fee of Rs 5,000.
