Any student who has graduated in the fashion designing related subjects are eligible for the further Masters programme. Though, you can try for certification courses or PG Diploma courses, which has the requirement of 50% marks in Bachelors.

I am sorry to say that you are not eligible for doing fashion Designing course. Even for joining any Diploma you must be 10th passed. After 10th you can join 3 year Diploma or 6 year Dual Degree programme. Some institute gives direct admission in the programme where as a few conduct entrance test for it. I am going to list out a few institutes :

International School of Design
JD Institute of Fashion Technology

Yes. You can. One of my students, after her B.Tech in IT, did her course in Fashion Designing. The eligibility for such courses is graduation to do Masters. On the basis of your 12th, you can so a bachelor's course but that would not be needed as you already possess an engineering degree.

Hi Kavya,
You can pursue one year Diploma courses in fashion/interior/jewellery designing courses instead of wasting one years and even can do short-term computer courses.
