Surely! You can apply for B. Des in Fashion Design, Students coming from any 10+2 or graduation discipline from a recognized university, or board with a minimum aggregate of 50%, can appear for any entrance or admission process or any design course. You can also have a look at IILM University, Gurugram. You can appear for IILM University Gurugram's Design Aptitude Test (that) with the Interview Process for applying. They offer B. As per the Notification of IBPS PO 2020 for recruitment of PO/ Management trainees. The eligibility criteria is given below. Educational qualification : A Degree (Graduation) in any discipline from a University recognised by the government. Of India or any equivalent qualification recognised as such by the Central Government. So from above you can be eligible for Bank PO exam if have B.Sc. Or B. Des degree.

You can do many Diploma and certificate courses after class 10th in fashion designing. Some of the courses you can do are Certificate Course in Fashion Designing, Certificate Course in Fashion Designing and Garment Construction, Diploma in Fashion Design and Merchandising, Diploma in Fashion Design.

It depends on your attitude to your career. As you have changed your field completely from M.Sc to fashion designing, I am sure it is not a one-day decision.
