Fashion Design courses can be pursued at UG and PG levels. The eligibility criteria for colleges vary from each other but the basic eligbility criteria that is mentioned below is followed by most colleges:UG level: Candidates from any stream (Science/ Commerce/ Humanities) are eligible to pursue a Fashion Design course offered at the UG level, provided they have completed their Class 12 from a recognised institute and board. The courses duration ranges from three to four years depending on the course.PG level: To pursue a Fashion Design course at PG level, aspirants should have completed their graduation with passing marks from a recognised institute in a related field. The courses duration is of two years.

Admissions for the B.Sc. (Design - Fashion) programme are determined by your 12th-grade marks. If you have any backlogs, it means you have not successfully passed your 12th-grade exams. In such cases, you may be eligible for provisional admission, but you will need to clear your backlogs before seeking full admission. Additionally, please note that the admission fees are refundable if you meet the specified criteria. However, if you do not fulfill these requirements, you will not be able to secure admission. It is advised to clear your backlogs with good marks first and then proceed with the admission process. The eligibility criteria for the B.Sc. (Design - Fashion) programme require a minimum of 50% aggregate marks in 10+2 (with English) or an equivalent qualification.
