Special Equipment and Assistive Devices: NIFT provides special equipment and assistive devices such as Braille printers, audio books, screen readers, and other assistive technology to students with disabilities to enable them to access course materials and study resources. Personal Assistance: NIFT provides personal assistance to students with disabilities, such as sign language interpreters, note-takers, and readers to ensure that they have access to course lectures, discussions, and other academic activities. Counseling and Support: NIFT provides counseling and support services to students with disabilities to help them cope with the challenges and stress associated with pursuing a degree programme. Accessibility and Accommodation: NIFT ensures that its campus and facilities are accessible and accommodating for students with disabilities. This includes providing accessible classrooms, ramps, elevators, and accessible restrooms. Flexible Study Options: NIFT provides flexible study options to students with disabilities to help them manage their coursework and assignments. Yes, you can become a fashion designer after 12th by pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Fashion Designing. The NIFT exam includes two stages - The candidate first appears in the written exams, and if shortlisted has to next appear in a Situation Test/ Personal Interview (PI).Note that the written exams for the B.Des and M.Des program includes the GAT and CAT, whereas for the other programs the written exam includes only the GAT.The final score for the B. Des programme will be prepared by considering the performance of the candidate in CAT, GAT and the Situation Test.
