If you want to get into rail designing, you can either pursue a Diploma in Railway Engineering or you can enrol with IMTMA Technology Centre which has multiple courses related to railways.

B.Des (Textile) is four years of duration course at KIIT School of Fashion Technology. The admission in this course is done through KITEE entrance exam. So, lateral admission in B.Des are not available in asked college.

Technically, you can join a degree program, but you will have to start from scratch (First Year). So, instead of that you can probably enroll for the PG Level course or maybe Second Year in Diploma. There is no portfolio required for a new admission starting from 1st year, as we teach everything from scratch to the students so it is not necessary for them to have a background in Fashion Design.
