Yes, you can attend the NIFT for your Masters. First you have to complete the Bachelor's degree and then appear for the entrance exam.

If you have passed class 12th, then it would be better to pursue B.Des. If you score well in UCEED exam, then you can also take admission for B.Des in IITs. It would be better, if you start preparing for UCEED and aim for better marks, so that you can get admission in IITs.

For PG course like M.Des in Fashion design requires a Bachelor degree in Fashion design, While M.Sc in Fashion design requires a Bachelor degree in any discipline. Hence, Diploma in AMT is not enough for PG courses in fashion design. So, Diploma in AMT students are not eligible for PG fashion design course.

Normally, Diploma courses are of three years of duration if pursue after class 10th. However, the recognition of your fashion design Diploma is depends upon the college from where you completed the Diploma course. Hence, please check the recognition of your college first.
