The fee structure for fashion design course is around INR 2,91,250.
The fee structure as many will agree with me is on the plus side. The courses at Pearl cost INR 2.5-3.5 lakh per semester depending on the course and year.

The most affordable fees for fashion and garment manufacturing is in ITI its Goverment Organisation. For affordable course you can enquire YWCA, which has so many branches all over India or YMCA.
