If you have in your school subjects like Fashion design or Home Science than you can apply for the same, otherwise for 3 years' Diploma in Fashion Design programme you can take subjects from any stream as we will be teaching you right from the beginning,. Yes, you can do this course. You only have to pass your 12th for doing this course and then you can simply take the admission by registering your name for admission.

NIFT is a private and fee depends on the course you will take but it will be near about 1 - 2 Lacs per year. For fashion technology course, you need maths as a compulsory subject in class 11th and 12th but for other courses like B.Des, you don't need it. Therefore, you can do it with humanities also.
