If you wish to pursue Fashion designing from NIFT, either you have to drop to appear for the NIFT exam but that is not a good option. The best option is complete your Bachelor's from here and after doing your Bachelor's you can pursue your Masters from NIFT by giving the entrance exam for the same.

National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) conducts NIFT entrance exam in order to shortlist aspirants for admission in design programmes offered by it. Each year, more than 20,000 students appear for NIFT exam. On the basis of NIFT exam, candidates can secure admission in courses such as Bachelor of Design (BDes), Bachelor of Fashion Technology (BFTech), Master of Design (MDes), Master of Fashion Management (MFM) and Master of Fashion Technology (MFTech).
NIFT entrance exam pattern is tiered in its format for BDes and MDes part of the NIFT entrance exam 2019 candidates need to first appear for Creative Ability Test (CAT)
