On the basis of your NIFT rank, you can very easily get admission in any NIFT college like NIFT Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Mangaluru etc. Next activities are depends upon the course you applied, Means if you have applied for B. Des programs than situation test and GD/Interview will be held in the month of April/May-2019 and the final result will be declared in the month of May/June-2019. The counseling process of all the NIFT's programs will be beginning in the month of May/June-2019. So, keep the close watch on NIFT website for further updates.

Yes, you can give the paper next year also. If you have taken admission in 12th in 2019 then there is no issue but if your 12th will complete in April 2019 then you have to decide what you want to do during the entire year.
