Hi, B.Des is a full-time course of NIFT which you have to do in regular. You cannot do it in part-time mode.

Admission for this course is on the basis of the marks obtained in the entrance test conducted by IIFT itself. 

If you want to be a fashion designer, then you have to do fashion designing course from any institution of your choice. Some institutes provide an entrance exam before getting into it and some don't.
