For joining fashion design course, you need to have completed your 12th. After 10th you can go for a Diploma course. A minimum of 50% and above is required for admission in this course.

There are short courses in many Design colleges, where you can appear after class 10th also. You can apply in NID and NIFT also for these short term courses.

Yes, you are eligible for fashion designing course. The procedure varies from university to university. Usually, you have to fill the admission form of college in which you desire to take admission. One of the best colleges for fashion designing is Chennai University.
