Hello Sangeeta,
In my sight, the government colleges are the best design colleges, namely NIFT and NID. Both the colleges have branches in many Indian states. Apart from theses two, Pearl Academy, Delhi and Jaipur, both are equally good but private. Amity school of fashion technology, Symbiosis institute of design are also good ones.
