There's no part time course for fashion designing. Not any graduate degree nor any Diploma degree. But, you can go for distance learning, if you want to do it for your interest. People generally don't opt for distance learning programmes in fashion designing because it's purely a practical course where full time classes are must for a good aggregate and job. But, for you, if you want to do a course in this field only for your interest and not to think of a full time career from it, then you have an option for distance learning courses as then, you can adjust things preferably.
