You will have to fill the forms so as to appear for entrance exams. If you wish to get into any good college, then appearing for entrance exam is a must.
For this year the entrance exams are over, you can probably prepare for next year.

Hi Lavi,
To start a career as a fashion designer, two types of qualifications are required:
1. Natural: this skill set would comprise of a decent aesthetic sense, colour expertise, good taste and sense of trends and fashion. An eye for detail and knowledge of fabrics is also important.
2. Acquired skills would be a qualification from a decent, recognized fashion Institute. You can enroll for either a full-time course or a part-time certificate course. Go for NIFT. They are the most prominent institutes all over India for the budding fashion designers. You just need to prepare for the entrance exam. Google for the syllabus and other criteria. All the best.

To be a fashion designer, there is no need of vast drawing. In entrance exam, drawing is not in the syllabus.
