Both the courses you have mentioned from NIFT are not design based.
MF.Tech is basically a technology course which deals with production, quality etc and MFM is a management course which will get you jobs in fashion marketing. Among the two MFM is better paid.
If you are looking for exposure to creativity, go for M.Des in Apparel Design from NID. NID has a better placement record than NIFT but then, this is a creative field so the salary package isn't really predictable.
