Yes, the college has an active placement cell. During 2023 placements, 236 students were placed in top-notch companies like Lupin Ltd., Deloitte, Wipro, and many others. Earlier, 18 students were placed during the 2022 drive. Some of the students also opted for further studies. As per the official report, 329 students progressed towards higher education in 2023.

As per the NRF Report 2024, the median package offered during Fergusson College UG (3-year) placements in 2023 is INR 3.90 LPA. In 2022, this figure stood at INR 4 LPA. It had increased from INR 3.8 LPA which was the median package offered during college placements in 2021. It must be noted that this data is based on the placements for various UG (3-year) course, such as BA, BSc and BVoc. It isn't specific to BSc placement at Fergusson College.

No, the BSc admissions at Fergusson College are not open as of now. The application process for the upcoming admission cycle is expected to start in May 2025, after the declaration of Class 12 results of the Maharashtra State Board. The process is expected to continue till June and the BSc classes will tentatively begin in July 2025.
