Yes, Fergusson College follows the seat reservation guidelines prescribed by the Government of Maharashtra from time to time. These guidelines prescribe reservation for various categories, such as PWD, SBC, Children of Defense Personnel/Ex-servicemen, etc. Further, 90% of the total seats are reserved for candidates from Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU). Remaining 10% of the seats are for candidates belonging to universities other than SPPU.
