AGE LIMIT- Candidate must be above 21 years of age. There is no upper limit specified by the Institute for candidates. RESIDENTIAL CRITERIA/NATIONALITY- There are no nationality or residential criteria specified by the Institute. Candidate can belong to any nationality or can be a resident of any area.
