You can do B.Sc in Film Making and TV Production or B. Design in Film and TV Production and eligibility is that you should have passed 10+2 (with English) or equivalent with a minimum of 50%-60% aggregate marks, subject to valid score in the test for doing UG course. I am enlisting best film schools. You can choose a college based on its location, fee structure, college type, accreditation, etc.

Of course you can. There are different universities abroad offering really varied types of courses. But unfortunately such information has to be obtained individually. I would advise you to approach an agency specialising in this area. There are very many nuances in whole process and you must get them all right.

In my suggestion, no! you must focus on one subject at a time. Mass communication is a wide field that will help to develop your skills in all the communication-related field. After the completion of your Masters, you may pursue certificate course in film making that usually last for 1/2/3 months.

Degrees in film making are mostly BFA, MFA, BA Film Making and MA Film Making. Doctorate degrees are also available. Since you haven't specified the exact requirements it is difficult to gather what exactly you are looking for. Movie related courses are the same all over. Courses in Interactive Media Development, Film Production, Cinematography and Photography etc are short term courses.
