I would suggest you to go for a mass communication course instead both of this as it will teach you both about film-making and graphic designing. From there, you can get into either of the fields.

You can either pursue English Honors or mass communication to become an editor of a magazine.

BJMC is a better option, as this can lead you to acting and film-making but just in case you don't succeed there are a lot of other option to look forward to.

You should pursue a course in film and production from FTII Institute. This is the best institute in India to get into if you actually want to have a good career ahead.

Film and Television Institute of India (FTII) - Pune is the best institute for this field. You need to appear for FTII entrance exam. As it offers PG course, eligibility is - 'Bachelors in any discipline'.
