AAFT might fall a little high under budget but it surely leads to much better opportunities in the world of journalsim, film-making, acting, photography, video editing, etc.
All the best.

Yes, more than an institute, it is always the skills and zeal you have within you for a particular field or interest that will help you in becoming successful. Go for it!

In my suggestion, no! you must focus on one subject at a time. Mass communication is a wide field that will help to develop your skills in all the communication-related field. After the completion of your Masters, you may pursue certificate course in film making that usually last for 1/2/3 months.
Hope my suggestion will help you. All the best.
Thank you!
