Dear Swalpi,
Main motive is to read newspaper and watch news. Almost all news channels will give you the breaking news, most of the newspapers will give you news of many areas, regions, cities, state etc. It is just that you have to focus to build your knowledge, awareness about current affairs, and command on languages (mainly Hindi and English). I would suggest you to read newspapers of both languages and news channels as well. And, moreover watch different news channels and read different newspapers, so that you will get to know the presentation in different manner of the same news.

The answer totally depends on the channel and experience of the candidate. The new comers or those who are in their mid-career, usually starts with low incomes and the experienced anchors bags in huge amount of money. The big names (anchors) even goes up to share the profits on some ratios. So, the answer cannot be very specific. For more details, please revert here.

Hello,
For good acting education, you must take admission in FTII, NSD, SRFTI, SRC etc. For this, you need to be a graduate followed with an entrance exam and few screen test is required to get there. Regards.
