It is as simple is that- you can not say film direction is only a job where you expect fix salary on month end, while in animation career there are various streams where you may get into a job as an employee on a fixed salary. I would say job wise animation is good stream than to film direction.

To give your career a kick start in acting, you can take up an acting course. There are various short and long term courses available in several educational institutions all over India. -Diploma in Acting
-Acting Workshops
-Personalised Training programmes
-1 month Part time Certificate Course
- Certificate in Acting
The eligibility criteria varies from one institute to another. You may join some short term courses after 10th while others require you to be a 12th pass. These are few of the institutes offering professional acting course:

You may pursue MA in film studies but post graduation in filmmaking is not very important. Filmmaking is a practical field and you will learn better while on the job. I would suggest you to rather apply for internships in various production houses to give your career a kick-start.

You will need to complete your 10+2 from a recognized board of education in order to be eligible to apply for the certificate course in Acting. As of now, you are not eligible.

No, you don't have to appear for SNUSAT in order to take admission in MFA in film and Television course in Shiv Nadar University. You can apply online for the course with necessary details and upon screening of these applications, you will be called upon for a personal interview if found suitable. Your performance in the interview will determine your admission.

Some institutes do not mention their fee explicitly. I would advise you to contact the college directly.
