This entirely depends upon your wish, but I would suggest you to go for specialization, as it gives you more sector specific knowledge and understanding. Finance being one of the economy generator sector has bright future and ample scope for career. I have heard of a university, which offers BBA in Finance and is really good with their curriculum and exposure provided to the students. UTM Shillong, a campus of MIT Pune, offers BBA in other specialisation as well such as Hospitality, Retail and Marketing. The USP of this university is their education process, well-structured curriculum, hands-on training and better career opportunities

MBA in the present scenario and in the future has tremendous importance in regards to all the financial activities. The MBA Finance provides a vast scope of the career that enhance and prospects when compared to other related accounting degrees, as much it covers the different aspects of managing finance and accounting like the securities, investments, banking and the risk management, and business. Hence, it is very much essential and has a vast scope in the near future also.

Hi Neerav,
Yes, you can but you are advised to check in nearby places like Spain as well like IE, IESE, etc. SDA Bocconi is the only world ranked business school in Italy, if you get through SDA Bocconi you are good to go. MBA Finance is a very good specialization. Finance is an evergreen sector and more and more skilled professionals are required.

Students who have successfully completed B.com honors can go for many higher level courses. That totally depends upon what are you good at.
If you are good at accounting, go for MBA in finance.
And if you have good communication skill, you are good at dealing with people, then go for MBA in HR.
Then you will be able to explore the possibilities.
