Hope you're doing well, you can attend competitive exam like CAT MAT CMAT XAT various colleges conduct there own entrance exam. You can also get admission in some private universities through management quota you need to have minimum 50% marks overall in your degree from a recognized university. The top MBA colleges rather than getting admission in average MBA College. But, still if you want to take admission for MBA in Pune, there are around 100+ college in Pune. So, you can go for any of the bottom 50, that not good for your career. The college brand will really matter a lot for MBA degree and good placements. All the best.

IES is one of the best colleges in Mumbai. It is known for its finance and marketing placements. Last year, there were good placements. If you are B.Com background, opt for finance.
