I respect your question, but at this time you need focus on your B.Com, because you have 3-years for thinking about it and you have to gain knowledge about accounts and how big companies manage their financial situation problems etc. So, if you want to know about this, read out the articles of company and enhance your knowledge. Hello,
I believe by CS you mean Computer Science, B.Tech CS has absolutely no correlation with MBA Finance, in which case it will be an entirely new ball game altogether. Though you are eligible to apply and can pursue if you clear the entrance process successfully, finance is an entirely different specialised branch which opens up fields like investment banking, financial and accounting profiles, financial analyst, etc.
Why do you wish to take this diversion in career?

Hi Akanksha, MBA from top colleges abroad will require to have minimum 2 years work experience and a very good GMAT score. Your profile seems good, just work on your plan, develop your leadership and managerial skills at work and build a good profile. Continue your extracurricular activities.

MBA in finance is good because it has many career options. But if you want a good college then don't keep only MAT as option, you can try other entrances like CMAT and others.

Yes, you have to appear for an MBA entrance exam. In fact if you wish to take admission in any other college also, you have to attend MAT or CAT exam. Regarding IEM you need to give:
MAT entrance exam for PGDM.
CAT entrance exam for MBA.
