That totally depends upon what are you good at.
If you are good at accounting, go for MBA in finance.
And if you have good communication skill, you are good at dealing with people, then go for MBA in HR.
Then you will be able to explore the possibilities.

Universities will be more costly. All degrees are of two years.
Only if you study 2-year program, you are allowed to stay back for three years.
If you do PGDM (Post Graduate Diploma) of 1-year then you will be allowed to stay back for 8 months.

Apologies for the late reply. I would not suggest Finance as a stream while pursuing MBA since you will have to deal with numbers on a great scale. Instead, you can aim for Marketing, HR, IT Operations, etc., as per your interests. Whichever stream you choose, do ensure that you have at least a basic command over maths. Good luck.
