You may join Finance or Accounting role in Medium or Large enterprise to get experience to do MBA Finance. You can also evaluate joining BFSI industry in any of Financial function.

Basically,
The job role before MBA doesn't matter a lot.
You can take up any job.
If it's related to MBA, it would just add plus point to your profile.
But otherwise, it hardly would matter!

Yes, you can.
Here is the eligibility for GDCA:
Age must be between 22 to 31 years.
This age limit had no relaxation for the quota students.
Graduation degree from government recognised colleges/universities.

ISMS-Bangalore is a good institute to pursue studies the institute has good teaching faculty, placements records, and infrastructure.
Some of the companies which recruited students from this institute are:
Nestle.
ICICI.
Indian oil.
Airtel, and many more companies.

Hi Arnab,
The decision is solely yours. Since your work experience is only of 1 year it shouldn't be a problem for you to switch domains after your MBA. I'd advise you to take into account the opportunities available at your college to decide the domain.

To pursue MBA in finance, neither Pune or Bangalore are great choices as compared to Mumbai. Being the financial capital, there are many banks and companies located in Mumbai, thus proving to be a heaven for Finance aspirants. So if possible, try for Mumbai based colleges. There are some good colleges in Pune like Pumba, Indira, MIT which are decent options for finance, in case you do not wish to try for Mumbai ones.
