Job options are tremendous in fire and safety engineering as there are less number of engineers in this field.
In Govt. sector, there are jobs in the Defense Services, Railways, Airport Authority of India, Electricity Boards, C.I.S.F., ONGC, Mines, Refineries, Petrochemical Complexes, Fire Brigades or other such organizations.

Candidates who seek admission to the programme of Diploma in Fire and Safety Management are required to have qualified their 10+2 examination in a relevant discipline of either Arts/Science/Commerce with a minimum aggregate from a college or institution which is listed under a recognised board. There is no entrance examination held for the programme. Admission to Diploma in Fire and Safety Management course is done solely on the basis of merit list.
