Hello Abhishek,
In Delhi, I think only Delhi Institute of Fire Engineering offers a course in fire engineering. So you may opt for it. There are not many colleges in Delhi.
But there are more than 20 colleges for fire engineering in the whole of India.

Safety and fire engineering is an excellent field. It offers a lot of job opportunities abroad. If you are planning to do a PG course. Please do it from a reputed university/college like UPES-Dehradun or CUSAT. And yes try to do NEBOSH.

Fire engineering is a good branch and it has a good scope in Pune and Bangalore. Other than this, Electronics and Communication (EC) and Computer science (CS) are the best branches .
