As you have completed +2 from Commerce and graduation in engineering, you have a diversified experience from different fields. With this academic experience, you can very well go for MBA forward. Managers with diversified field's knowledge are suited for most of the positions in the corporate. But, it may sometime backfires, as you didn't stick to one field of education. So, it is all up to you how you portray your knowledge and skills.

Please check for your eligibility to pursue B.E. in Fire Engineering from National Fire Service College from the criteria mentioned below:
Minimum eligibility to pursue this course is that candidate should have cleared class 12 exams with Mandatory Subjects : Mathematics, Physics
Candidate must have Chemistry/Biotechnology /Biology/ Technical Vocational subject as optional subject and have secured minimum 45% marks (40% for SC/ ST/ OBC categories) in mandatory subjects and optional subject put together.
Other eligibility criteria
Candidates have to fulfill the Physical and Medical Standards.

Yes, a female candidate can apply for BE in fire engineering. In India, the number of institutions providing fire engineers is very less which raises the demand and package for such engineers.
For Female:
Minimum Height: 157. (Relaxable by 2.5 cms in the case of Garhwalls,
Assamese Gorkha and member of the Schedule Tribes.)
Weight : minimum. 46 kgs.
Medical standards:
a) Visual: Better eye 6/6 without aid (Eligible vision 6/6 only) Worse eye 6/12
b) Color Vision: - no color blindness.
