What does a Fire Engineer do? A fire engineer has to adapt to changes as quickly as possible.Fire engineering also deals with reducing the causality which happens on a day to day basis by providing safety measure and increasing the parameters of the standard of living. It helps one understands the phenomena of fire and the effect of it.

Eligibility: 10+2 (any stream) or equivalent to PUC.

If you are desirous of this course then you will have to leave job and then join course unless of course if your employer is granting you study leave. It would perhaps be better if you can think of doing PG Diploma via distance education say from IGNOU.

Admissions to degree course depends on your success in CET conducted by your state. One year diploma will not be of any help.
