Hi,
If you have scored 50% marks in ICAR, then you can expect good colleges for B.Sc Agriculture /Biotechnology /Forestry /fisheries etc. But, if you have to be on the safer side then score at least 430+ to get the best college.

Yes, you are very much eligible to pursue M.Sc with Zoology honours. Since you have studied Zoology in your graduation level, you are allowed to make career in zoology. Not all, but some university prefer you to take subject in M.Sc.
