If you want to take admission in the Flame University and your score in MAT exam is not good, it doesn't matter. To get admission in Flame, they mainly focus on the FEAT (FLAME Entrance Aptitude Test) is a written examination conducted by the FLAME University for admission.

In terms of fee structure, KIAMS is better than Flame. Flame is just 1 year old, whereas KIAMS is 25 years old institute. So, if you are opting for marketing and finance, I would suggest you to join KIAMS. The average package offered at KIAMS is Rs.5.35 LPA.

You have to appear for CMAT exam for the MBA entrance and just have to find out if FLAME conducts its own entrance exam or not.
CLAT is valid overall in India.
