The eligibility to get in Jagran Lake City University in Bhopal for BBA LL.B. (Hons) is mentioned below:
Higher Secondary Certificate (HSC) qualification with a minimum of 60% or an equivalent qualification in any discipline from a recognised board. Admission will be given based either on the Minimum CLAT score 50 or the JLU Entrance Exam followed by Personal Interview.

If you are pursuing CPL course abroad, you will have to get the foreign licence converted to Indian CPL to get placed. It is always opined by many and advisable to obtain Indian CPL by doing a course in India as it is faster and economical.

DGCA is an Indian govt. the regulatory body, and has no authority over any course taught outside of India. However, some pilot training colleges may claim that their course is approved by DGCA, which is technically a marketing strategy. Here is how -
DGCA requires you to have completed a certain number of flight hours during the course, along with certain licenses and ratings. After you gain these, you can convert your licenses and ratings upon return to India.
