Eligibility criteria : Bachelors of Science Degree (Medical Science and Allied Medical or Applied Medical Science or Agriculture or Nanotechnology or Bio sciences or Life Sciences or Food Sciences or Nutrition and Dietetics or Home Science or Veterinary Microbiology and Parasitology or Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology or Clinical Chemistry or Public Health and Allied Sciences or Plant Science)or equivalent.
So, you can pursue the M.Sc in Food Technology course at Parul University.

Very nice to hear from you that you are interested in doing your post-graduation Science in food technology. This definitely is an upcoming topic particularly in India. Though the country is self sufficient in food items, lot of wastage occurs and food technologists can come out with different methodologies of preserving so that the wastage is avoided. And Catering Technology ( An Autonomous Body Under Ministry of Tourism, government. Of India) offers the B.Sc Hospitality and Hotel Administration (HHA) course can be the best option for him. The B.Sc HHA course is 3 years of duration course and teaches in leading IHMs of NCHMCT. The admissions for B.Sc HHA course are based on ranks obtained in NCHM JEE conducted by NTA. The eligibility criteria of NCHM JEE is 10+2 in any stream.
