It is definitely is good for M.Sc Food technology. It is one of the top ten university for M.Sc Food technology course. If you consider other best options means, then Central Food technological and research institute, Punjab agricultural university, Pondicherry university are best. All the Best for your future.

Hi,
You are almost eligible but apart from this you need to have six months of continuous internship with competency package from hospitals recognised for RD by IDA. Or
Five years of experience in multispeciality hospital as full time dietician ( clinical portfolio only) from hospitals recognised for RD by IDA.

Hi
M.Sc food and nutrition has a bright future and you can be a nutritionist, dietician, teacher, do research work, etc. According to me M.Sc. Food technology is a better branch as Food technology consists of food Science and nutrition too. You can be placed in food companies. You can make your choice!

GATE Food Technology Entrance Exam
IICPT: Indian Institute of Crop Processing Technology Entrance Exam: B.Tech/M.Tech and Ph.D. courses in Food Process Engineering
AIJEE: All India Joint Entrance Exam is conducted for admitting students into the B.Tech course in Food Technology and Biochemical Science. The candidates must qualify the state Joint Entrance Exams (JEE) or the All India Joint Entrance Exam (AIJEE) for joining the course.

Yes, you can easily take admission in M.Sc. In food technology. One needs to have at least 30% marks in LPU-NEST for taking admission and yours is around 45% or so.
