Hello Romil!No, you cannot pursue an M.Sc in Food Science and Technology with a B.Sc in Zoology. The eligibility criteria for M.Sc. in Food Science and Technology is:"Candidate must have completed B.Sc. /B.Tech. in Food Science /Nutrition /Food Technology/Food Engineering and it's related subjects from any recognised University/Institute."So, B.Sc in Zoology will not be able to make you eligible for an M.Sc in Food Science and Technology. Yes, food technology is a good course to pursue as Tech Food Technology is a very advancing field and offers great career opportunities these days.
