You need to appear for an entrance test conducted by Loyola Academy Degree and PG College itself. Once shortlisted, you will be called for the personal interview based on your marks of entrance test you gave. Your selection may also be based upon your performance in the personal interview.

NIFTM does not offers the M.Sc. (Food Technology) programme. However NIFTEM offers the following PG programs as under.
1. M.Tech in Food Technology and Management (FTM)
2. M.Tech in Food Processing Engineering and Management (FPEM)
3. M.Tech in Food Plant Operations and Management (FPOM)
4. M.Tech in Food Safety and Quality Management (FSQM)
5. M.Tech in Food Supply Chain Management (FSCM)
The admission in above M.Tech programs are done through the GATE score+Personal interview. For more details please visit. Niftem.ac.in

I would suggest it would be IIT, Kharagpur the primary years in IIT encompasses both agricultural and food engineering. So, moving on the other renowned options will be NIFTEM, Haryana as it gives you a lot of options for the graduate studies in food technology and bifurcations like process engineering, safety and quality etc. As well as prepares you for industrial exposure.
