Applicant who has passed +2 examination in Medical Stream from any recognised board/ body/ council / university in India or any other examination recognised by the Syndicate of Panjab University, Chandigarh as equivalent thereto is eligible to apply this course. Interested candidates can apply directly by filling a duly filled form available from the institute which is to be submitted by the candidate. Thanks :).

Yes, but only on Mondays and Thursdays. Although you are not supposed to wear uniform on other days, the college staff might question you for wearing round neck tees and black/red clothes.

Anna University is offers B.Tech in food technology. For getting admission, You have to clear the TNEA (Tamilnadu engineering admission) test. The eligibiliy criteria of TNEA is as under. Min. Average marks in PCM in HSC or 10+2 for General category=50%
Min. Average marks in PCM in HSC or 10+2 for OBC category=45%
Min. Average marks in PCM in HSC or 10+2 for SC& ST=40%. .

In terms of the salary package, IT is, without doubt, the best today and it is expected to remain so in future also. Though I feel food technology too is going to come up in a big way in future.
