As Admission is through web counseling based on the rank obtained in Telangana State Engineering, Agriculture & Medical Entrance Test TS EAMCET its difficult to get admission without TS EAMCET. You can try in management quota
but Management quota admission and fee cost is not advertised openly by any of the colleges/universities across India as being a paid seat it totally depends on the discretion of the college authorities. Please contact the college authorities for all the details.

So sorry, but you cannot take admission in this college without JEE Mains.
JEE Mains is the basic criteria for the admission in this college.
Don't get upset, prefer some other private college as per your convenience.

You should just visit the website of that particular college or university and check if they provide distance learning or not. If they allow it then check the eligibility and fill the application form.

I would suggest you do B.Tech food technology because dual degree courses are not that much valuable.
Good luck.

It would be better for you to do a recognised short term course in entrepreneurship from a well-known Institution. I would suggest you to do correspondence Diploma of 1year duration from "Entrepreneurship Development Institute of India" Gujarat. The fees is reasonable and the faculty is good. You will be taught all the ins and outs of the business thoroughly. Follow the link:-
