One of the best marine institutes in India.
Placements : To be honest, the placements here are very good up till 2015 but because of the recession in the market and some negative feedback have cost the college. But from last year though there is a recession, the college has been able to provide placements to cadets. Marks MOL MOLTA, Goodwood, V-ships, TOM are some of the shipping companies that come to MANET for the placements.
Infrastructure: You'll find that the infrastructure here is one of the best you won't find this kind of infrastructure in any of the marine colleges. We don't have the Wi-Fi facility for the cadets, but we have

Food technology being a matured branch in India where a startup would be the right idea in my opinion. Or else one can work in a food processing company at the outset and learn all design and operational aspects. Placement-wise, ICT is very popular.
